At Derrimut 24:7 Gym, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fitness gear and apparel. If your purchase isn't the right fit or meets a quality concern, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and send them back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
